1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

When you create an account or schedule services, you agree to:

Account sharing, resale, or transfer of access is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in termination of access without refund.
5. Payments, Bookings & Access
Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You authorize charges for:
• Course enrollments
• Coaching sessions
• Consulting services
• Subscriptions
• Digital tools
Recurring subscriptions will be billed automatically until canceled.
Failed Payments
If payment fails:
• Access may be paused or terminated
• We are not responsible for loss of access due to payment failure
Access Duration
Access is granted only for the period specified at purchase.
Some resources, including third-party tools, may have time-limited or restricted access.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Digital content is non-refundable once access is granted
• Coaching or consulting sessions may be rescheduled but are generally non-refundable
• Subscription cancellations prevent future billing but do not refund prior payments
- Annual Enrollment is eligible for a refund up to 7 days after purchase. No refunds after 7 days.
Special promotions may have separate refund terms disclosed at checkout.
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
Our Services may reference or include third-party platforms, including:
• Thinkific
• Scheduling tools
• Payment processors
• Coding software or simulators
We do not control third-party services and are not liable for outages, policy changes, or access limitations.
8. Code of Conduct
You agree to use the Services professionally and respectfully.
Prohibited behavior includes:
• Harassment or discrimination
• Sharing confidential or PHI information
• Disruptive behavior
• Misrepresentation of credentials
We may remove content or terminate access for violations without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
